For passengers

Passengers Policy

  • According to the Health Ministry Protocol for Covid 19 all passengers but children under 4 years of age must use a face mask for the whole duration of the trip.
  • Passengers with no mask will not be allowed to board our vehicles and their reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
  • During your journey please follow the protocol display in our vans and the instructions of our Staff.

Políticas para el pasajero

  • De acuerdo al protocolo Covid-19 del Ministerio de Salud es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla o careta durante el viaje excepto para niños menores de 4 años.
  • Todo pasajero que no porte su mascarilla o careta no podra’ abordar el vehiculo y su reservacion sera’ cancelada sin reembolso.
  • Durante el viaje con interbus por favor seguir los protocolos que se indican dentro de la unidad y las instrucciones del nuestro personal.

For Drivers

Drivers Policy

  • All our drivers wear face mask and/or face protector and disposable gloves.
  • The driver will apply 70° or higher alcohol to the passenger’s hands each time they board the van. The product will be available to the passengers during the trip.
  • The driver is in charge to open and close the Van doors.
  • All luggage will be disinfected before being stored in our vans.
  • The driver will inform all passengers about the protocols and guidelines issued by the Costa Rica Health Ministry and Costa Rica Tourist and to be followed during the journey.
